Estimates & Billing Info

Estimates and billings are commonly questioned as different business operate differently.

  • ESTIMATES : We will provide you with a ROUGH ESTIMATE so that you can closely see what price you are looking at. However, a rough estimate can change due to underlying issues, complexity of the work, change orders per the customer, and any additional materials needed to finish the job. Please be aware that a rough estimate is NOT the final price and know that Fix Me Up Handyman Services will always communicate with the customer on any of these changes should they happen.

  • BILLING : Important information to know about BILLING is that we accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, & Cashapp. Credit/Debit card purchases are accepted but may incur a billing fee for processing payments.

  • LATE FEES: Please be aware that after the FINAL invoice is submitted for payment, that payment is due IMMEDIATELY. Late fees will apply to the final invoice at $50 after 5 days and will RECHARGE to the invoice every 5 days up with up to three recurring charges. This could ultimately lead to $150 total additional cost to your invoice after 15 days. We ask that you please avoid any headache and stress to yourself and our company, and take care of your invoices as soon as possible. We want to maintain a strong and steady relationship with our homeowners and property managers, so that we can return back for all your repairs!
